RMS Safety has partnered with MacAllister Underground Shoring & Pump to develop a high-impact “Excavation Competent Person” training program. This program will provide students with a thorough understanding of OSHA’s excavation requirements and how to fulfill their duties as a “Competent Person”. This program uses detailed classroom presentation, live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and it ends with a challenging test to help employers gauge the knowledge & retention of their employees.

Experienced Trainer (Degreed 18-year safety professional previously employed by OSHA & Miller Pipeline as their Corporate Safety Director)
Comprehensive Content (OSHA’s Subpart P, Letters of Interpretation, Manufacturer’s Tabulated Data, & tips for tough shoring situations)
Live Demonstrations (Using pocket pentrometers, performing thumb & drying tests, inspecting shoring for damage, and more)
Hands-On Exercises (Actual installation of shoring in open spaces and around congested utilities using our “Trench Simulator”)
