August Mack Environmental Webinar

Environmental compliance is not apocalyptic. However, without proper planning and some foresight it can feel that way. As the year draws to a close, it is important to think about environmental considerations for the end of the year and plans for the New Year. Is your NPDES permit expiring? Are there plans in place for new operations at your facility? Will these new operations need updated or new SPCC, PPC, or Air permits for example? Is your organization thinking about purchasing or acquiring property? If so, should a Phase I ESA be completed? Is that remediation job still going on? Maybe it’s time to look for a way to bring it to closure.

In this webinar, we will discuss who should have a year-end environmental plan, why having an environmental plan is important, what should be planned for, and when planning should start. While this webinar may not present an exhaustive list of all the environmental considerations at your facility, it will give you some insight on what to think about environmentally as the year ends.
