Session Title – Startup Valuation: Role of Innovation

From radical innovation to incremental growth, many product advocates find it hard for others to buy into the vision and opportunity. So much of a project’s success comes from being able to effectively communicate its vision, value, and execution to those who aren’t as close or invested in it.

In this month’s workshop you will learn how to use a framework that compares radical vs incremental developments. Then receive guidance on how to valuate a product or company, how to position and “sell through” a project, or prepare for a meeting with VCs & investors.

Through a series of thought-provoking exercises & radical candor questions, this session will prepare a team for the pressure testing of challenging, skeptical, and oppositional conversations.

Key Objectives/Takeaways:
– Build confidence around your product or idea
– Why and how to value our companies and projects
– Learn how to use a framework that compares radical vs incremental developments
